Oh, god, the monitors. I did most of that last summer, and freed up even more space than this trip, thanks to doing an old tv at the same time.
And hah, the chicken bones, yes. The vidding computer I got rid of in this trip once ate its own operating system -- two weeks before a deadline. Nothing like getting a call saying "...it says no operating system found. It is officially time to PANIC" to clear the plaque right out of your arteries, let me tell you.
It's also a relief knowing I can get rid ofmy current systems once they die, too. I was starting to feel like I'd just wind up holding on to every computer I'd ever own (and most of therienne's, since I tend to inherit them when she upgrades *g*).
