Hey, sorry! I was on an ipad all last night and have only just gotten back to the browser that has ghostery installed. (I don't remember the options well enough to do this from memory *g*)
The list of elements to block defaults to "new since last update", I think; that's probably why it only showed you 8, those were the 8 newest. There's a dropdown where you can set it to "all" if you need them all (or to "unblocked" if you just want to see all the ones that may have snuck through an update or two).
(If you haven't already done it, on that section of the options page you may want to hit the Cookies tab and block most/all of the cookies as well.)
The timing thing is also on the options page; click the Advanced tab at the top, and it'll bring you to a set of new options. The first one lets you customize the location and duration of the popup.
