Okay, I am dying over here, because I got the notifications on my ipad, and the way my mail there stacked up, I saw the tumblr follow notification first. So I clicked the name to see if I knew who it was, and was all "tea and shoes? Huh" and then scrolled down to the text under the top post and saw the muthafuckin resort with the mimosa in Hawaii and said, out loud "Oh! It's GWYN! Yay!"

And hey, I didn't understand a tenth of this before the last week or so. I knew enough to poke around a bit, but that's it. But Certain People kept demanding I teach them tumblr and were less than satisfied with my "well, I don't know, get one and play with it!" so in self-defense I started looking things up, then writing them down. *g*
Looks like you'll need to install the extension directly from him (I couldn't find it in a quick look through safari extensions, but otoh I'm not using safari so who knows, it may be worth a shot to check there first).
I haven't used it much yet, but I suspect I'll be adding more things to the blacklist as I spend more time on tumblr.

That link is to an old post, but it looks like the extension he links to is always updated at the same url (this is the most recent release, with no instructions, and hovering over the safari link is identical).
