I'm going to be good and not post any more on tumblr until I get tags set up. :)

Hee! It's not quite that urgent; just if people have been posting for a while, it's hard to find things. (Also there's a downside, if someone uses hundreds of tags and has a layout where the tag cloud shows up at the top -- I just ran across something like that, and it's a little disconcerting to be looking at someone's post then suddenly be in the middle of their tag cloud as the tags finish loading. Not an issue for side-loading tags, though!)

I follow some A, B, and C level celebrities (but, only if they're actually interesting), friends, some Disney stuff, and some websites. Oh! And a few 'fake' accounts. Like, Loki Laufeyson, who is Loki, and pretty darn funny most of the time.

Yeah -- I suspect part of failing to get hooked in is that I have the wrong amount or combination of people that I'm following, and I'm not specifically having convos with people on it.

I'm not keen on following celebs (well, okay, other than George Takei, who is just awesome and puts the lie to the idea that people in their 70s can't learn to negotiate modern social media <3), and I follow the pinboard twitter because Maciej is a riot (in a dry, sarcastic kinda way), but other than that, it's just a few people I know -- but I'm so unused to looking for them on twitter I keep forgetting to check.

The little comments I have in my head that I want to make, but feel a journal post would be a waste.

*nods* I still haven't gotten past the point of thinking that if it's not worth making a post about it, it's not worth going to the effort to pull twitter up and say it there, either.

But hey, I'm managing to remember to look at tumblr all the time now, so maybe I'll start remembering to keep twitter up on my phone, and start using it...
