I think that would totally count, as much as being sexually extorted themselves. Having to do the deed creates psychological harm, and also potentially harm to their existing (or potential) relationship with Other BSO.
And yes, on self-harm in the line of duty! I would think even accidental self-harm would qualify if need be.
