Yuletide deadline panic level, basically. I'm not sure if it started with nestra or if she's just carried on the tradition, but she has an annual poll about people's YT progress and panic. BEARS is not even the highest panic level; that's reserved for Mandy Patinkin hollering in an orange bear suit. *g*
