I've only seen one episode of Ripper Street, but I liked it a lot; it's like an urban Peacemakers in some ways, with the same vibe of early forensics combined with early policing. ... with a lot more porn and violence, at least in that pilot ep. *g* I'll eventually watch more, once my computer issues get sorted!
