I've been caught up in Burn Notice since my post last night; there's nothing like having people tell you they're reacting completely differently to make you sit down and figure out why you're responding to a show in a particular way! Which is fabulous, as the more I think about it, the more this season crystallizes for me. Who knows if I'm right, but man, I'm having fun right now with it. <3

But that also means I haven't been thinking about other things to post, and I suspect linking back to an earlier post doesn't quite count as new content. *g* And it's 20 minutes to midnight.

So, er. Cat video? This is Darien, just barely 2 years old, hanging out in the bathtub at 4am.

I really enjoy Burn Notice. It's one of the shows I rewatch. I am not caught up on season 7, but I have the rest on dvd in my old fashioned way and I really enjoy it.

It almost catches me by surprise, how much I like it. Enough to make sure I buy DVDs of every season, even though I seldom rewatch that way. But BN in particular really benefits from marathon viewing sessions, for me; going week by week, I think I lose track of too much.

I can't quite believe it's almost over!

Okay, that video is *hilarious*. OMG TAIL!!! I think your Darien and my Theo might have a lot in common. Heh.

He was in that tub for SO LONG -- I cut this down from about 20 minutes, and he was already at it before I realized what the noise I was hearing was, and got my phone. His tail is so tricksy and sneaky, and follows him everywhere he goes, no matter how hard he tries to subdue it.

I think your Darien and my Theo might have a lot in common.

Tails ARE tricksy and sneaky! I am presented with near-daily proof of this fact. At which point Toby usually gives me the "please tell me I'm not actually related to him" look.

Now I want to see if I can find that video I got of Mercury playing with a glitterball in the tub a couple of years ago. Good times, good times.

For almost that entire video (plus deleted scenes!), Hobbes was sitting on the floor near my feet, trying to figure out what the hell Dari was doing in that tub, anyway, beyond the two times he gave up and jumped up to see what was going on. He does some tail-wrangling of his own, but usually just when his needs a good washing and wants no part of it.

Dari, though. Dari's spun himself right off my bed, chasing his tail so hard.
