I got the impression that the term chan moved on from TPM into HP fandom and mutated into a new definition that I would've called shota/loli, but I don't know if anyone's using it -- either version -- these days. I do have a vague impression that I saw it in use just recently, but that could mean anytime within the past five years, given my memory...
