Stargate Handbook

The Stargate Handbook has just gone through some major changes. I expanded it to include Stargate Atlantis and redid the look of things a bit, and moved it to its own domain:

SG1 is currently updated through Prometheus Unbound.

SGA is currently updated through Hot Zone.

I've also created sg_handbook, which is where the more detailed announcement for this move/expansion/update is, and where all future Stargate Handbook announcements will go.
