Maybe I need to give this show another shot. For deep and philosophical reasons.

(I watched the pilot last year, and it didn't grab me enough to keep going.)

Yes, the guys are all really hot. :D But I really enjoyed the story and characters. Just FYI, Paul Blackthorne's in it, too, and the female characters are interesting and complex, not just predictable cardboard cut-outs.

It is an unbelievably dull show, for all that. Except for a supporting female character, Felicity, who is sort of like a girl!Stiles and steals the show whenever she appears. So I watch for her, and tune out for the rest of it.

The show is about as dumb as a bag of rocks, and they don't spend nearly enough time with their shirts off. Although David Ramsey gets some nice tank top workout scenes, and I don't care what Manu Bennett is wearing, ever, even when they put him in body armor he's drop-dead sexy.

FWIW, I never did finish the pilot. I fell asleep every single time I tried to watch it! So, yeah. But I gave the show another shot around episode 3 and ended up enjoying it a lot. It definitely got better, IMO. No, it's not the deepest or most dramatic or most plausible show out there, but I don't think it misrepresented itself on that score. And there is quite a bit of pretty in it. :)
